Welcome

New Chiropractic Patients

New patients to our clinic all have unique goals. My goal is to find out what those are and to help you meet them. One patient might present with a foot problem that can be resolved in one visit and another may have a long history of back pain and may be looking for a comprehensive plan that involves a team approach with other practitioners. Every patient’s treatment recommendations are unique. Your first visit will be 45 minutes and follow up visits are 15 minutes.
On your first visit, we’ll begin with a complete history. You can bring any x-rays, MRI’s or other reports from previous doctors or send them to us prior to your visit. I’ll perform orthopedic, neurologic and chiropractic examination, as needed, focusing on your area of complaint. Following your exam, I’ll discuss diagnosis, give treatment recommendations, and answer all your questions.
If you are in agreement with my recommendations we can usually begin treatment on your first visit. Your treatment plan is always specific to you, your diagnosis and your goals. Your first visit will also include self-care and exercise instruction. I really enjoy teaching patients how to treat and prevent their own injuries. I have lots of low tech suggestions you can use to accelerate healing and prevent re-injury. Occasionally I will recommend x-rays or MRI. If that’s necessary I will write a referral to have those taken at a convenient location.
We can provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance or Health Savings Accounts.
Our office is fragrance free so please avoid wearing perfume or cologne. We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. This will give us time to accommodate other patients needs.
New patients are asked to call the office to schedule at 303-494-0944. After schedueling, a new patient intake form will be emailed to you to complete online.
